We were very naive to think that buying a house was as easy as we thought. We've been looking for some months now, and even though we've liked some houses, we haven't had luck getting them. We have put 2 offers and both times we've been outbid. :( We don't get it, there are so many homes available out there but we seem to pick some of the most popular ones. We definitely will not move before our church cleaning assigned date, darn, LOL.
We hope we get to move soon so we can get an extra hour of sleep when we have to work.
Some positive aspects about still living here are saving more money, the nice weather, and being so close to the bay.
